Also walkable to Safeway and close enough to I-25 that getting to Boulder or the mountains is really fast and easy relative to other parts of Denver. It's also an 8 minute walk to Empower Field, and you can even hear some concerts in the summer from the balcony, although it's not too loud to sleep. The building is full of wonderful, relaxed neighbors who mostly have lived here for many years and are friendly and social. A 2 minute drive to the Children's Museum, Aquarium, and REI.
